How do you plan your Summer wardrobe? Do you prefer to browse online or to hit the shops? With Summer in full swing, I’m searching for some fun new pieces for my upcoming trips to Bali and Ravello. I’ve been busily planning my wardrobe on Lyst, a clever website that has created a tailor made shopping experience.
Launched in 2010 as a one-stop fashion ecommerce platform, it’s very easy to browse Lyst either via the app (available on iTunes) or from a desktop computer.
With over 10,000 designers and stores, including Alexander Wang, Burberry and Chloe, you’ll be spoilt for choice. There are some very fashion forward brands like Jump from Paper with their unique 3D bags, and some great beachwear specialists like Mara Hoffman. I’m coveting her reversible bikini to save on packing! Metallics are still as big a trend as ever and I found some stylish cuffs and espadrilles that channel this vibe perfectly.
You can get style inspiration from different brands, influencers and your own friends by following them on the site, so you have your own curated feed of suggestions. There are also lots of interesting articles on style, like the one on Summer’s most wanted mini bags and another on the slip dress craze.
One of the features that I particularly like, is the email alerts if an item on your wish lyst goes on sale or comes back into stock. I’ve created a themed Summer Wish Lyst with lots more picks online and am looking forward to starting on my next one!
What items are you coveting for Summer? Have you tried Lyst yet?
