This stylish Lucian resort not only offers indulgent spa services but also gives you the opportunity to partake in their renowned ‘Tree to Bar’ chocolate-making experience at Project Chocolat.

Are 5 days in Saint Lucia enough? If you’re tight on time and flying short-haul, this will give you a good overview of the island.
Day 1: Land in St. Lucia and get settled in your hotel near Rodney Bay. Spend the afternoon relaxing on Pigeon Island Beach or exploring Pigeon Island National Park. In the evening, check out the nightlife and restaurants in Rodney Bay.
Day 2: Take a scenic drive up the western coast, stopping at major sights like the Pitons, Sulphur Springs and Soufrière Drive In Volcano, and Toraille Waterfall. Spend time hiking and swimming at these natural attractions. Have lunch at the Rabot Estate by Hotel Chocolat or Ladera Resort for amazing views of the Pitons.
Day 3: Spend the day relaxing at Sugar Beach or snorkeling at Anse Chastanet beach along St. Lucia’s western coastline. In the afternoon, tour a historic plantation like Diamond Botanical Gardens. Have dinner in Soufrière.
Day 4: Take a catamaran cruise along the calm Caribbean waters on the west coast. Stop for snorkeling at Anse Cochon. Have lunch on board and enjoy rum tastings. Return to your hotel in the evening.

If you’re flying long-haul or want to get to know the island in more depth, consider spending 1 week in Saint Lucia.
With a week in St. Lucia, consider a multi-center trip, staying at 2 different hotels. That is what we did, staying at Cap Maison Resort & Spa in the North of St. Lucia and the Rabot Hotel by Hotel Chocolat in the South West.
Day 1: Arrive in St. Lucia. Get settled into your hotel at Cap Estate or in Rodney Bay. Spend the afternoon relaxing on Reduit Beach. In the evening, dine at your hotel or explore Rodney Bay for food and nightlife options.
Day 2: Spend a day at Pigeon Island National Park. Tour the historic sites, go snorkeling at Jalousie Beach, or hike Gros Piton for amazing views. Have dinner at Cap Maison in Cap Estate afterwards.
Day 3: Enjoy a day out at the St Lucia aerial tram. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also do zip-lining on site.
Day 4: Transfer to your hotel in the Soufrière area. On the way, take a bamboo rafting excursion along the Roseau River. We had great fun on the Deluxe St Lucia Bamboo Rafting Experience, seeing the mangroves and exploring Roseau beach. Afterwards, head to Cacao St. Lucie for lunch with a view or to buy some tasty treats from their chocolate shop. From here, drive to your hotel and check in.
Day 5: Start the day with a hike through Tet Paul Nature Trail. Have lunch at The Rabot Estate by Hotel Chocolat and visit Project Chocolat in the afternoon. You’ll learn all about chocolate production and how to make your very own chocolate bar!
Day 6: Take a scenic drive up the western coast, stopping at major attractions like the Sulphur Springs and drive-in volcano, Toraille Waterfall, and Diamond Botanical Gardens.
Day 7: Depending on your flight time, either check out from your hotel in the morning or tour the historic Morne Fortune area and Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Castries. Shop at Castries Market for souvenirs or relax on Vigie Beach.
