“We are extremely proud that The Trans Resort Bali has been recognized on an international level as one of the most outstanding properties worldwide. I would like to thank all of our staff for helping make this event a great success. To be awarded on such a level is a testament to the exceptional standards and unique level of service that CT Corp represents in the luxury Hospitality industry.”
The Trans Resort itself was a very convenient location for the awards, situated a few minutes walk away from “Eat Street” aka Jalan Laksmana. It has 194 spacious guest rooms and suites, all with air-conditioning, a flat-screen cable TV, an iPod dock, wardrobe, personal safe, minibar, an electric kettle and a pool view from the balcony. Many of the rooms also feature a jacuzzi bath and a daybed on the balcony.
We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail, apparent in the luxurious Aqua di Parma toiletries, goose-down pillows and supersoft bathrobes. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly – at one point I misplaced my iPhone and they looked everywhere for it. Families in particular will love the outdoor swimming pool with its own beach, whereas adults will enjoy the spa centre. The quality of the restaurant cuisine is very high and the choice at breakfast is impressive with Balinese, Indonesian, Chinese, Western, healthy and many more buffet stations. The hotel also provides free access to renowned Mosaic Beach Club which is definitely worth a visit. There are also 16 stunning villas, each with a private pool.
